Recycling. We do. Do you?

It’s easy. It’s smart. It’s responsible. It’s for our future.

Why should you recycle? Because it matters:

  1. Recycling conserves resources

When we recycle, materials are converted into new products, reducing the need to consume natural resources such as timber, water, and minerals. This will help to protect natural habitats for the future.

  2. Recycling saves energy

Using recycled materials in the manufacturing process uses considerably less energy than what is required for producing new products from raw materials.

  3. Recycling helps protect the environment

Recycling reduces the need for extracting, refining and processing raw materials all of which create air and water pollution. Recycling helps reduce greenhouse gas emissions by reducing energy consumption.

  4. Recycling reduces landfill space
When we recycle, recyclable materials are reprocessed into new products, and as a result, the amount of waste sent to landfill sites decreases - which we can all agree is better for our planet.
