The St. Lucie Water Champions Initiative

Join the Oxbow Eco-Center and a host of local environmental scientists to chart a course to healthy aquatic habitats in St. Lucie County! The St. Lucie Water Champions initiative developed by Oxbow Eco-Center helps residents, businesses and organizations play their part in finding solutions to water quality issues. This initiative includes educational outreach at community events, a series of workshops, volunteer opportunities at restoration and cleanup events, and spreading the Water Champions message through media channels. St. Lucie's waterways are environmentally and economically significant, but are also fragile and deserve us to be the best stewards we can be!
