In accordance with CDC recommendations for social distancing, all branches of the St. Lucie County Library will close to the public beginning Thursday, March 19, and remain closed until further notice.  Online automated services such as ebooks and online audiobooks will remain available.

During the closure no materials will be due and no fines will accrue.

Holds can still be placed in the online catalog but they will not be pulled or made available until the library reopens to the public.

Items currently on hold will continue to be on hold when the library reopens.

Book drops will remain open until the afternoon of Friday, March 20, but we encourage patrons to wait to return their library materials, as no overdue fines will be incurred during the closure and for a week after the closure.

As a reminder, the Library has ebooks and online audiobooks available that can be read and played on a phone, tablet or computer.

We will update this page with any developments.
