The Systems Division supports our customers by providing a variety of services:
Servers and Clients – Designs, develops, implements and maintains all virtual and physical servers and infrastructure to provide high availability to the customers. This includes file and print servers, file shares, email, and customer access to IT related resources.
Storage and Data Center – Designs, develops, implements and maintains all storage systems. This includes backup and restore systems and data storage systems. Maintains the county’s data centers by ensuring adequate power (generator and UPS), cooling (A/C), and access are maintained.
Customer Service/Desktop Support – Maintains a helpdesk to assist customers via phone or email. Provides desk-side support to resolve issues and install IT related equipment.
