The Applications Division supports our customers by providing a variety of services:
Operations – Provides application support, troubleshooting, performance monitoring, maintenance, upgrades, and access control for all of our application systems. This includes internally developed solutions as well as third party hosted solutions.
Projects – Provides project management services, application portfolio management, systems evaluation, requirements gathering, business process improvement, data analysis, quality assurance, and documentation. These services are offered on existing systems as well as new projects.
Training – Provides a means for bringing about organizational development, addressing skill gaps, increasing knowledge and improving productivity. Training and skill development provide value for both the employee and the organization.
