The Community Services Department is comprised of the following division:
Human Services Division
The purpose of this division is to improve the quality of life for St. Lucie County residents and help them reach self-sufficiency. With grant funds and community resources, staff work with residents providing them with various services needed to reach independence.
The Housing Division administers multiple state and federal grants for the preservation and creation of affordable housing. This division coordinates the County's Housing Disaster Plan.
