Pool Schedule: Lap Swim, Monday - Friday 6:30 a.m. - 8:00 a.m., Open Swim - Friday -8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m., Saturday - 11:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Sunday - Noon - 5:00 p.m.

Preschool Aquatics

This class is an entry-level class for children who need to learn basic water skills, including full submersion, blowing bubbles, front and back floats with support, rolling from back to front, and jumping into and climbing out of the pool.

Learn-to-Swim Level 2

This class is for children comfortable in the water. Children will continue to learn basic swimming skills, including front and back float, front glide and kick, introduction to freestyle, element backstroke, and treading water.

Sunrise Swim

Adults looking to swim faster and more easily can improve their technique while becoming fit. This noncompetitive program allows swimmers to work out at their own pace.

Tuesdays and Thursdays, a whiteboard workout will be provided to bring a new dimension to your daily routine. Participants should be able to swim eight continuous laps.
