The Arthur Lee Boatwright Pool, formerly the Lincoln Park Open Space Pool, is in the larger Lincoln Park Recreation Area. This relaxing community pool offers easy access and a children's splash pad. Whether you want to swim or just cool off, the pool provides everyone with a safe and enjoyable experience.

The original pool was built in the late 1930s to serve local youth and even functioned as a training facility during World War II. The new pool is state-of-the-art with a zero-entry area and two 75-foot swim lanes. The geo-thermal heating and cooling system and the advanced water treatment system ensure leisure and exercise swimming year-round.

In 2022, the Lincoln Park Open Space Pool was renamed the Arthur Lee Boatwright Pool in honor of Arthur Lee Boatwright. Boatwright was a Fort Pierce native who returned to the area after college to work for the St. Lucie County School Board, coaching baseball at Lincoln Park Academy. He dedicated his time to teaching students the importance of water safety and how to swim, and even worked as a lifeguard in St. Lucie County in the late ‘70s.
