St. Lucie County Parks & Recreation Department offers multiple park locations with pavilions. Please see the information and map below for locations of pavilion rentals.

- Pepper Park

- White City Park
Pavilion Rental Pricing
Small Pavilion - 2 to 3 picnic tables
- 8 hours: $51.00 + $3.57 tax + $25.00 security deposit = $79.57
- 4 hours: $26.00 + $1.82 tax + $25.00 security deposit = $52.82
Large Pavilion – 5 to 7 picnic tables
- 8 hours: $101.00 + $7.07 tax + $50.00 security deposit = 158.07
- 4 hours: $51.00 + $3.57 tax + $50.00 security deposit = $104.57
Keep in mind, your space is not held until we have received all the documents attached along with payment.
Please be aware that the pavilions do not have power.
All Pavilion rentals now require insurance. Please see the documents below for rates and the application.
Pavilion reservations & insurance pricing is $50 minimum plus an additional fee per person, depending on the number of people. Please call 772-462-2110 for the exact amount.
To reserve a pavilion, please download and fill out the two documents below:
- St. Lucie County Pavilion Reservation Request Facility Use Permit
- St. Lucie County BOCC Signature in File Credit Card Authorization Form

After you've completed the Facility Use Permit form and the Credit Card Authorization form, please email the completed forms to PavilionRental@stlucieco.gov.
