NEW SPECIAL PROGRAM-AFRO FITNESS 

Afro fitness

(or Afrobeat fitness, Afrobics, Afro Movement) is a high-energy workout style blending traditional and modern African rhythms, music (like Afrobeats), and dance moves with cardio, strength training, and HIIT, focusing on full-body, polyrhythmic movement, cultural expression, and holistic well-being. It's designed to be fun, inclusive, and accessible for all fitness levels, feeling more like a party than a chore while building stamina, flexibility, and coordination. 

• Starts February 2- March 25, 2026 
• Wednesdays
• 6pm-7pm
• $12 per session or $70 monthly (8 classes)
• $10 - Seniors and Youth (must bring ID)

OPEN RECREATION- Pickleball & Basketball 

• Please request the monthly calendar for opening dates 
• Mondays 9am-7pm
• Tuesday-9am-4pm
•  Wednesdays- 9am-7pm
