NOTICE DBE GOALS FISCAL YEAR 2026/2028
Area Regional Transit (ART) has established a three-year (3) year Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Goal of 2.4% for Federal Transit Administration-funded contracts for the Fiscal Years 2026, 2027, and 2028. The Regional Federal Transit Administration location is 230 Peachtree Street N.W., Suite 800, Atlanta, GA 30303-8917. Details concerning the goals and methodology will be available for inspection for thirty (30) days following this notice during the hours of 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. at the ART office location, 2300 Virginia Ave, Fort Pierce, FL 34982. Public comment will be accepted for forty-five (45) days following the date of this notice at the ART office located at 2300 Virginia Ave, Fort Pierce, FL 34982. Qualified firms are encouraged to submit letters of interest to Adolfo Covelli, DBE Liaison Officer, at the above Fort Pierce, Florida address.
