St. Lucie County Utilities customers will have the ability to report issues, receive mass notifications and 24-hour access to speak with a customer service representative!
Customers who opt for this service can:
- Receive mass notifications by region, pressure zone, or entire district when a water main break, service disruption, or pressure issue occurs; and track the progress.
- Submit service requests and request maintenance through the resident portal, reducing call center wait times and speeding up response processes.
- Speak with a customer service representative after hours and holidays.
