This grant was awarded exclusively to Jackson Way residents and provides them the option to hook-up to services at their will and convenience, except for the event that a septic tank fails; the health department will not issue any new permits for septic tank replacements where there are available water services such as the proposed NHI - Jackson Way Septic-to- Sewer project.
