Treasure Coast Connector Routes Now Available Via App
FORT PIERCE – The Treasure Coast Connector is now mobile – in a digital way. St. Lucie County’s community transit routes can be located via the mobile app Route Shout.
Available through various mobile stores, including Apple and Android, Route Shout provides access to Treasure Coast Connector bus stops and route information as well as live tracking of buses.
“We are pleased to offer this new technology to our riders so they can quickly find the nearest stop and when the next bus will arrive,” said Darrell Drummond, president of the St. Lucie County Council on Aging, which operations the Treasure Coast Connector.
Even without downloading the mobile app, Treasure Coast Connector routes and bus stops can be found on Route Shout’s interactive website - http://m.routeshout.com.
With the app, residents can access nearly 70 other metropolitan areas around the country including several Florida transit systems such as Indian River County’s GoLine and Space Coast Area Transit.
