We kicked off our 2026 Lunch & Learn series with panelists passionate about our planet.

For decades April 22 has marked Earth Day on our calendars, but environmental awareness and actions do not have to be limited to one day a year.

Staff from Public Utilities, Solid Waste, Oxbow Eco-Center, and the University of Florida share some easy ways to make conservation and sustainability second nature.

Presentation highlights include:

• Living cohesively with nature
• What to do before recycling
• How to include water-saving habits in your daily routine
