A portion of North 41 Street, between North 40th Street and Avenue B, will be closed between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. from May 11, 2026, through May 15, 2026, so a deteriorated drainage culvert pipe may be replaced. Local residential access to homes will be maintained during this time. The roadway will be reopened to traffic by 5 p.m. each day.

Please use extra caution in the area. Detour signs will be in place to guide motorists around the closure. A map is attached for reference.
