St. Lucie County Communications Earns Multiple AVA Digital Awards

St. Lucie County Florida Facebook pageST. LUCIE COUNTY – The 2026 AVA Digital Awards recently recognized St. Lucie County’s Communications Department with three awards for its outreach efforts. 

St. Lucie County was awarded:

  • A Gold Award for the county’s Facebook engagement;
  • An Honorable Mention Award in the short-form vertical video series for its What’s that Organism series, produced with the Oxbow Eco-Center staff;
  • An Honorable Mention Award for the county’s Instagram engagement.

The AVA Digital Awards is an international competition that recognizes outstanding work by creative professionals involved in the concept, direction, design and production of media that is part of the evolution of digital communication. Work ranges from audio and video productions, social media sites, animation, blogs, podcasts and other forms of user-generated digital communication. Entries receiving scores of 90-100 are given Platinum awards, while scores of 80-89 are awarded Gold Winners and 70-79 are given Honorable Mention awards.

The awards are administered by the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals (AMCP). Founded in 1995, the AMCP consists of several thousand marketing, communication, advertising, public relations, digital and web professionals. The organization has judged more than 300,000 entries since its formation in 1994.
