St. Lucie County Parks & Recreation Department offers multiple park locations with pavilions. Please see the information and map below for locations of pavilion rentals.

- Museum Pointe Park
- Paradise Park
- Pepper Park
- River Park Marina
- White City Park
Pavilion Rental Pricing
Small Pavilion - 2 to 3 picnic tables
- 8 hours: $51.00 + $3.57 tax + $25.00 security deposit = $79.57
- 4 hours: $26.00 + $1.82 tax + $25.00 security deposit = $52.82
Large Pavilion – 5 to 7 picnic tables
- 8 hours: $101.00 + $7.07 tax + $50.00 security deposit = 158.07
- 4 hours: $51.00 + $3.57 tax + $50.00 security deposit = $104.57
Keep in mind, your space is not held until we have received all the documents attached along with payment.
Please be aware that the pavilions do not have power.
All Pavilion rentals now require insurance. Please see the documents below for rates and the application.

To reserve a pavilion, please download and fill out the two documents below:
- St. Lucie County Pavilion Reservation Request Facility Use Permit
- Pavilion Tenant Users Liability Insurance Protection (TULIP) Program - Tenant User Application
After you've completed the Facility Use Permit and the Pavilion Tenant Users Liability Insurance Protection form, please email completed forms to PavilionRental@stlucieco.gov.
