Pavilion Rental Pricing

Small Pavilion - 2 to 3 picnic tables

• 8 hours: $51.00 + $3.57 tax + $25.00 security deposit = $79.57
• 4 hours: $26.00 + $1.82 tax + $25.00 security deposit = $52.82

Large Pavilion – 5 to 7 picnic tables

• 8 hours: $101.00 + $7.07 tax + $50.00 security deposit = 158.07
• 4 hours: $51.00 + $3.57 tax + $50.00 security deposit = $104.57

Keep in mind, your space is not held until we have received all the documents attached along with payment.

Please be aware that the pavilions do not have power.

All Pavilion rentals now require insurance. Please see the documents below for rates and the application.

To reserve a pavilion, please download and fill out the two documents below:

After you've completed the Facility Use Permit and the Pavilion Tenant Users Liability Insurance Protection form, please email completed forms to PavilionRental@stlucieco.gov.
