• Tuesday, March 3 – World Wildlife Day Hike at Savannas Recreation Area (8:30am-10:30am) - This event celebrates wild animals and plants, recognizing the unique roles and contributions of wildlife to people and the planet. Ecosystems function due to the ecological roles plants and animals serve in habitats, and as we hike, we learn about Florida's wildlife and habitats.

ERD Guided Nature Program hikes are FREE, reservations are required, and space is limited. GNP season now runs from September through June.
