Afro fitness, also known as Afrobeat fitness or Afrodance fitness, is a high-energy workout style that combines traditional and contemporary African dance moves with cardio and strength training, set to vibrant African and Caribbean rhythms.
It's a cultural, fun, and inclusive way to exercise that builds stamina, flexibility, and coordination while celebrating the music and movement of the African diaspora, often feeling more like a party than a traditional gym session.
