  • Saturday, Dec 6 Annual Christmas Bird Count Walk at Jones Hammock Preserve (8:00am-11:00am) - Have you ever wondered about how the National Audubon Society came to have an annual bird count in December?  Curious about how bird counts are conducted, and looking to practice birding skills?  Join us for a bit of history and a lot of bird spotting! Be sure to bring your binoculars!

ERD Guided Nature Program hikes are FREE, reservations are required, and space is limited. GNP season now runs from September through June.
