Chi Meditation
Learn the practices of Chi Meditation, which is designed to improve the body’s natural flow, regulate breathing, boost immunity and remove stagnation to enhance physiological and psychological well-being.
Classes are facilitated by Rosalee McCurdy PhD. and are open to adults 18 and over.
All Library programs are free and open to the public.
