Join a hike and traverse a few miles of walking trails within 11,000 acres of protected land in the county. Join an experienced guide, get outside and enjoy the natural wonders of St. Lucie County!
- Friday, Sept 19 – Autumn Stroll at Citrus Hammock Preserve (9:00am-10:30am) – Join a leisurely stroll around the site's pond and through the hammock trail system along a distributary of the St. Lucie River. We'll be watching for the resident state reptile in the pond, various bird species, and the presence of small mammals.

ERD Guided Nature Program hikes are FREE, reservations are required, and space is limited. GNP season now runs from September through June.
