Afro fitness

(or Afrobeat fitness, Afrobics, Afro Movement) is a high-energy workout style blending traditional and modern African rhythms, music (like Afrobeats), and dance moves with cardio, strength training, and HIIT, focusing on full-body, polyrhythmic movement, cultural expression, and holistic well-being. It's designed to be fun, inclusive, and accessible for all fitness levels, feeling more like a party than a chore while building stamina, flexibility, and coordination.
