Lecture: The Navy Seals in Fort Pierce @ KB Library

The Navy SEALs in Fort Pierce

The Navy SEALs’ origins are linked to Naval Combat Demolition Units and Under-water Demolition Teams that trained in Fort Pierce and served in World War II. Fort Pierce, Florida was the training site of the first “Frogmen” of World War II, and the precursors to the Navy SEALs. Community Outreach Coordinator Andy Brady at the National Navy SEAL Museum presents this lecture which will provide a peek into the SEALs’ achievements and role in local history.

While all ages are welcome, these lectures are geared toward adults.

All library programs are free and open to the public.
