St. Lucie County Parks & Recreation is offering free Fall Chair Yoga classes for adults and seniors at the Havert L. Fenn Center. The program provides participants with an opportunity to improve flexibility, balance, relaxation, and overall wellness through gentle stretching, beginning yoga poses, relaxation techniques, and meditation.

Join us every Tuesday at 10:00 AM, beginning August 18, 2026.
