St. Lucie County’s Parks & Recreation staff is proud to present a free Family Fitness Week Challenge: A five-day community event designed for guardians and children of all ages to come together and enjoy fun, fitness and healthy living, July 6 through July 10 from 6 to 7 p.m. at the Lawnwood Stadium.

Each day features a different activity, including:

• Family Fun Run & Celebration on Day 5 (Friday, July 10): Family mile, relay race and victory lap.

Participants will have the opportunity to learn and practice healthy habits through engaging activities and cardio workouts while building stronger family connections.
