Starting a new business is expensive. It’s even more expensive if you don’t do all the proper research ahead of time. The St. Lucie County Chamber of Commerce is teaming up with St. Lucie County’s Planning & Development Services staff to host a free Before You Sign the Lease Workshop on Monday, April 13 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
This free workshop is essential for business owners looking to create a new business or buy, build, lease to expand their current organization. This free workshop will provide valuable insights to make the process go smoothly. The workshop will help business owners learn integral parts of developing their business plans and gain a better understanding of government regulations, occupancy and zoning requirements, Florida building codes, the business tax and approval processes.
While the workshop is free, registration is required through the St. Lucie County Chamber of Commerce at https://stluciechamber.org/event/before-you-sign-the-lease/.
The Before You Sign the Lease Workshop will take place on Monday, April 13 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Planning Conference Room 1 inside the St. Lucie County Administration Complex, 2300 Virginia Ave. in Fort Pierce. Attendees should park on the 25th Street side of the complex and enter the building in the old Civic Center lobby. Planning is located on the second floor.
