Fluorescent Bulb RecyclingThe Fluorescent Bulb Recycling program is FREE for all residents and available to all businesses for a nominal fee of 20 cents per bulb!
Residents can participate in this program by either bringing the bulbs to the St. Lucie County Baling and Recycling Facility OR if you live in unincorporated St. Lucie County or the City of Port St. Lucie please call Waste Pro to schedule a convenient pickup at your location.
Businesses must bring them to the St. Lucie County Baling and Recycling Facility.
All fluorescent bulbs and CFL's contain mercury which is hazardous!

Since the start of this program St. Lucie County Baling and Recycling Facility has recycled over 128,000 fluorescent bulbs which rough equals over 90 ounces of Mercury.
