Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and we are located on the second floor of the county building at 2300 Virginia Ave. Ft. Pierce, Fl 34982.The Zoning Division is a branch of Building, Code, and Permitting that is responsible for the review of set-backs, flood zones, surveys, lot splits, use of zoned property, and much more. Zoning is an important part of the building and permitting process.
