Permitting

NOTICE !!

NEW PERMIT FEES EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2014

*** St. Lucie County Launches a New Online Database that tracks  Building Inspections. ***

Contractors and residents can access the online Daily Inspector Schedule directly.
The new online service provides a list of daily inspections, the permit number, inspection type, address of subject property, inspector's name and the status of inspection (approved, failed or other). Once the inspector has completed the inspection, the results will post immediately online, eliminating the need for the contractor to wait until the end of the day to call in to get the results of their inspection. Additionally, the contractor can view the list of inspections and see first-hand where they are on the list.
