Rental Fees:

$100/day or $50/4 hours - St. Lucie County based non-profit organizations and/or local affiliates 
$200/day or $100/4 hours - profit organizations 
$200.00 security deposit that is refundable
$20.00 per hour houseman fee
Homeowners Associations* - $5 per hour with a maximum of 3 hours, once every 30 days.

Alcoholic Beverage
If alcohol is to be served an Alcoholic Beverage Permit must be obtain through this office. If Alcohol is to be sold, please adhere to the conditions of the Alcoholic Beverage Permit.

* Note - A definition of Homeowners Associations is included in Florida Statute Section 720.301)

If there will be live music, there must be Sheriff Deputies on site on duty. The hiring of these deputies is the responsibility of the person obtaining this reservation.
