Kid Programs

Kids Fitness Class
  • Parents get your kids from in front of the television and computer to do a little exercise. This program is a fun way for kids to exercise in a fun environment.

  • Girls come out and learn new skills, arts & crafts cooking and much more.

  • This program will help teenagers to Define their own Destiny and Determine their own future, through activities that promote Social Skills, Community Awareness, and Life Skills.

Senior Fitness Class
  • This class will get your heart pumping and your blood flowing with a low impact, energizing workout designed just for you.

  • Want to tone and tighten your muscles? Want to get back into those jeans that are still in the back of your closet? Have your love handles become love knobes? WELL, this class is for you, so come join the FUN.

Proof of non-profit status is required at the time of reservation, as well as tax exempt certificate, if appropriate

Main Room & Kitchen - (seats 125)

  • Non-Profit - (2 hour min.)
    • $25.00/hour - Weekdays
    • $50.00/hour -Nights / Weekends
  • Profit - (2 hour min.)
    • $50.00/hours - Weekdays
    • $100/hour - Nights / Weekends
  • $100 refundable security deposit
  • $20.00 / hour Houseman fee (nights and weekends only)
  • $2.00 each / table rentals

Small Rooms

  • Non-Profit
    • $10.00/hour - Weekday
    • $20.00/hour - Nights / Weekends (2 hour min.)
  • Profit
    • $20.00/hour - Weekday
    • $40.00/hour - Nights / Weekends (2 hour min.)
  • $50.00 refundable security deposit

Special Rate for Homeowner Associations - (must meet the definition of a HOA as defined in Florida Statute Section 720.301)

  • $5/hour, 3 hour maximum, once every 30 days

 

All estimated costs are due at the time of reservation.  Any difference between actual and estimated costs will be collected at the conclusion of the rental.  Set up and break down periods are billed at 50% of the hourly rates listed.  25% of rental fees will be retained if cancellation or rescheduling notification is not given at least 2 weeks in advance.  $100 clean up deposit taken on the day of the event.
