Note: Events requiring extraordinary utilities will be charged for utilities as determined by the Facility Administrator and/or designee and shall be based upon rates charged by Ft. Pierce Utilities Authority. Room rental fees include staff and are for events up to 500 people with no alcohol during normal hours of operation. Staffing for exclusive use by the renter and/or event is not included in room rental fees. Facility reservations for over 500 people and events serving or selling alcohol may require additional staffing charges which shall be determined by the Facility Administrator and/or designee. Events that serve alcohol will be required to have at least one law enforcement officer from the time the event starts until a half-hour after the event ends. The Facility Administrator and or designee shall determine if additional law enforcement officers are required.  

**Criteria for Treasure Coast Sports Commission sponsored events to receive 25% discount, event must produce a minimum of $300,000 in economic impact to SLC and/or 200 room nights as verified by TCSC policies and procedures.
