This positive atmosphere allows children to learn cooperation and competition, how to win and lose, and how to negotiate possible conflicts with peers. Instructional course designed for those new to the fencing world. All students will participate in classroom bouts and gain a basic understanding of competitive fencing by the end of the session. |

Combination of throwing techniques, grappling, wrestling and submissions. Judo offers an opportunity to continuously improve strength, flexibility, speed, coordination, and even self-confidence through life. |
