PARK SPACE
(not otherwise listed, including Lawnwood Complex open space, Veterans Park, Harbor Pointe, and River Park Marina open space)
FOR NON-PROFIT/CIVIC IMPROVEMENT GROUPS
- 0-5,000 square feet of occupied area is $50/day.
- 5,000 - 10,000 square feet of occupied area is $100/day.
- 10,000 square feet and up is $200/day.
FOR FOR-PROFIT GROUPS/ORGANIZATIONS
- 0-5,000 square feet of occupied area is $100/day.
- 5,000 - 10,000 square feet of occupied area is $200/day.
- 10,000 square feet and up is $300/day.
- A deposit of 50% of the estimated rental fee is required at the time of the facility reservation.
- A $50 refundable security deposit is required.
All estimated costs are due at the time of reservation. Any difference between actual and estimated costs will be collected at the conclusion of the rental. 25% of rental fees will be retained if cancellation or rescheduling notification is not given at least 2 weeks in advance.
