March 1, 2005 - St. Lucie County to Offer Free Surplus Office Furniture to Non-Profit Organizations

St. Lucie County is offering free surplus office furniture today (Tuesday, March 1) and tomorrow (Wednesday, March 2) at the County's City Center location. The address is 9340 South U.S. 1 in Port St. Lucie.

The furniture will be given away on a first come, first serve basis and must be removed from the premises no later than 5 p.m. on Wednesday. This offer does not include electronics.

Non-profit organizations must bring authorization on agency letterhead when picking up the furniture. This offer is "not for re-sale" and is only to assist non-profit organizations that are in need of office furniture.
