March 17, 2006 - The Reserve Island Club and Development of Regional Impact (DRI) Public Hearing Postponed

The St. Lucie County Growth Management Department announced that The Reserve Island Club and DRI public hearing, originally scheduled for Tuesday, March 21, will be postponed. At the February 21st Board of County Commissioners meeting, the developer of The Reserve, Kolter Properties, was given 30 days to present a compliance plan to the Board. To date, the developer has not presented the plan to staff. Therefore, staff is unable to review the plan and make recommendations to the Board.
