April 24, 2006 - Airport to Host Fly In Open House on Sat., April 29
The St. Lucie County International Airport is hosting a Fly In Open House Saturday, April 29 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Visitors are encouraged to walk, drive or fly in to the Fort Pierce airport and display antique, vintage, experimental, war bird or any other aircraft. Aircraft clubs and organizations are invited to attend and participate.This free event will offer guests a chance to learn about the businesses and services provided by the "FPR" - St. Lucie County International Airport. Food and drink vendors, prizes and aviation vendors will be on hand at the Fly In Open House. Hosted by the Airport staff, the Fly In Open House is a fundraiser to support the Exchange Club CASTLE.
