- Artifacts from the Treasure Coast's early people, the Ais Tribe
- 1715 wreck of the Spanish treasure fleet
- Re-created Seminole Encampment
- 1838 Second Seminole War uniforms and material from Old Fort Pierce
- Turn-of-the-century industries: fishing, pineapple, cattle and citrus
- Downtown Fort Pierce and the P.P. Cobb General Store
- One of Fort Pierce's 1st fire engines, a 1919 operational American La France fire engine pumper
- Hill Family photographic collection (1880's-1920's St. Lucie County)
- World War II and the United States Naval Amphibious Training Base
