Book Discussion Groups

The Library currently sponsors several discussion groups for adults. At monthly meetings you will discuss the best of contemporary fiction as well as some classics and non-fiction. We provide a copy of the book, a place to talk about it, and the expertise of one of our staff. Meetings are at the Fort Pierce, Lakewood Park, Morningside and Port St. Lucie Branch Libraries.

Book Club in a Box
The St. Lucie County Library System offers resources and consultation to help you and your own book club every step of the way. With Book Club in a Box, you can obtain everything you need for a great discussion. If you have a St. Lucie County library card, you can check out a box with an extended due date at no charge. Most boxes include 10 copies of the selected title and discussion questions. If you are interested, a one-time facilitator may be available to meet with your group. Click here for the current list of available titles. For more information, please contact Sheila Small at 772-462-2199.
