PUBLIC NOTICE

St. Lucie County hereby announces the availability for review of the State Housing Initiatives Partnership (SHIP) Program Annual Reports for the Fiscal Years 2015/2016, 2016/2017, and 2017/2018.

The Annual Reports are available for public inspection and comments beginning July 28, 2018 - August 6, 2018 at St. Lucie County's Department of Community Services, 437 N. 7th Street, Fort Pierce, FL 34950, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, as well as on the Housing Division Grant Reporting and Documents web page.

 PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

The Treasure Coast HOME Consortium will be holding a public hearing for the Second Year Action Plan to receive public comments on the proposed Action Plan prior to its submission to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. The proposed Second Year Action Plan is available for viewing at 437 N. 7th Street, Fort Pierce, FL, 34950 Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM and at www.slchousing.org. The Consortium consists of St. Lucie County, Martin County and Indian River County. 

 The public hearing will be held at the following date and time:

Thursday August 2, 2018 at 8:30 A.M.

The public hearing is being conducted in handicapped accessible location. Any person requiring an interpreter for the hearing impaired or the visually impaired should contact Ms. Diana Wesloski, Community Services Director, at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the hearing and an interpreter will be provided. Any non-English speaking person wishing to attend the public hearing should contact Ms. Wesloski at least forty-eight hours (48) prior to the hearing and a language interpreter will be provided. Any person with a disability requiring accommodation to attend this hearing should contact Ms. Wesloski at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the hearing.

 PUBLIC COMMENT NOTICE

The Treasure Coast HOME Consortium will hold a 30 day Public Comment period to receive comments for its Second Year Action Plan to be submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. The Consortium consists of St. Lucie County, Martin County and Indian River County

This public comment period will run from June 28, 2018 to July 28, 2018. The proposed Second Year Action Plan is available for viewing at 437 N. 7th Street, Fort Pierce, FL, 34950 Monday-Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM and at www.slchousing.org. For information concerning the public comment period, contact Diana Wesloski, Director at Comm_Info@stlucieco.org or (772) 462-1777.

The proposed Second Year Action Plan is located in an accessible location to persons with disabilities.
