BOCC Minutes and Agenda Frequently Asked Questions
Q) When are Agendas and Minutes posted to the website?A) Typically the agendas for the various committees and boards are drafted the week prior to the meeting, and should be posted at that time. However, additions may be made 24 hours prior to the meeting. Once revisions are made, they will be posted to the website.
- If a meeting has been canceled or rescheduled, a notice will be posted on the website relating to that event.
- Minutes for the various committees and boards will be posted once they have been approved by the committee or board, which is typically the following meeting. If a committee meets monthly – there will be as much as a month delay before the minutes are approved and posted on the website.
Q) Who should I contact if the agenda or minutes are not posted on the website?
A) A county department is assigned to each committee and board. To contact the responsible department please call (772) 462-1400.
